HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY

Per the guidelines provided by the CDC, State of Tennessee Cosmetology Board, and the Federal government, I will be requiring all guests to adhere to my new policies to ensure our health and safety:

 

• Please notify my immediately if you answer yes to any of the following questions:

• Have you been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19?

• Have you recently tested positive for COVID-19?

• Are you awaiting a COVID-19 test result?

• Are you experiencing a cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, fatigue, body aches, headache, new loss of sense of smell/taste, congestion or GI issues?

• Have you or anyone you have been in contact with had any of the previously mentioned symptoms within 72 hours?

• Have you been in a large unmasked gathering (larger than 25+ people) in the last 14 days?

• Have you traveled recently in the past 14 days?

I know this is all quite a bit, but as this is what we have to do and I want to ensure to all my guests that I am doing the very most to keep you and myself safe! We all want to have amazing hair once again, and with everyone’s cooperation we will be feeling fabulous in no time!
